VIPs are VIPs: Private Jet Charter Knows the Common Ground
As one of the most experienced event planning companies in the region, one of the unique events I have handled was an international religious organization’s 16th annual conference. Though they had their internal events team, our services were contracted to handle the external needs and have a little hand on how the entire event would look like.
On their itinerary, I found out that they were going to transport their VIP leaders through the regular limousine service that can be approached in little airport counters. I got to talk them out of this, by suggesting a private jet company that can match the cost of the limousine services and the 5 star hotel accommodation fees they will incur in total should they prefer land travel. Obviously, air travel is going to directly transport them to the venue, cutting down on unnecessary accommodation costs.
The classy idea of treating their VIPs was new to the organization because they lived by the ‘simple living’ tenet. But pointing out the private jet charter’s many advantages, including the amazing price structure (that may seem to have a catch at first but has nothing on it anyway).
Following this, it is important to note that VIPs are VIPs no matter what the organization may be, or what their backgrounds are. These people are not called VIPs for the sake of name calling. With the plush and exacting customer service standards of the trusted name in the air charter business, they are able to pull off something totally new to the organization and gives the event a whole new approach.
