Brisbane Travel Guide
Just lately modified into a city which offers several galleries, cafes and music lounges, Brisbane is the destination to go if you, yourself remain transitioning from something of a small sleepy town surroundings. It is the third largest city in Australia right after Sydney and Melbourne.
Slowly and gradually but surely, Brisbane is finding more and more of its riches and wonders to prove to the world. The largest koala haven is the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. You may get to cuddle with these cute creatures and also have your picture taken to reserve the moment. You will find kangaroos that you could get to give food if they are tame and you will also discover dingoes and wombats in this large and gorgeous parkland. About 7km in the city center, a parkland covered in bush and a great area for picnicking, walking and hiking can be found. This is called the Mt. Coot-tha Reserve. This reserve gets its name coming from the indigenous term meaning honey as this was also the best place where the locals collect honey produced by stingless bees which make their home here. In the event you climb to the lookout on the mountain, you are allowed an incredible view of Brisbane and farther to Moreton Bay and the Glass House Mountains in the event that the day is clear.
